Since 1991 I have taught business, computer, and real estate courses and fulfilled an array of others roles at IRCC.  I earned my undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Business, Real Estate, and Management Science & Computers, and completed my Doctorate in Business Administration, at Concordia University.  I also bring significant “real world” experience that will enhance your learning experience in my classes.  I have written articles for trade periodicals and am currently working on several books.  I have held several leadership positions with various Realtor organizations including:
         President of the Realtor Association of St. Lucie
         President of Regional Multiple Listing Service
         President of the International Council of the Treasure Coast
         Vice President of the Florida Association of Realtors
         President of the Florida Chapter Certified Residential Specialist
         Currently Board Member of the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers
In 2004, Governor Jeb Bush appointed me to the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council.  I am currently Broker/Owner of Gibbins Real Estate & Consulting and Treasure Coast Referral Network.  I am President of GAI Enterprises, Inc. and The Dream Team of Real Estate, Inc.  I also own and operate Gibbins School of Real Estate & Technology as well as GAI Seminars, LLC.
